Common issues

Cannot log in

Check your email and password. Reset is available on the login screen. Ensure you have an internet connection. If the cloud API was idle, wait a few seconds and retry.

Delete my account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your sign-in credentials and is required for App Store compliance. For data erasure requests under GDPR, email [email protected].

AI diagnosis or photo upload failed

Check network connectivity and try again. Large photos may take longer on slow networks. If the issue persists, start an expert consultation and attach the same photos.

Workshop / business login

Business accounts use a separate merchant login flow in the app. Contact us to provision a workshop account for your organisation.

App Store review demo account
